Let me share my experience of reading Ramayana Divine Loophole created by Artist and veteran Pixar animator Sanjay Patel. Ramayana needs no introduction, it tale of Good’s victory over Bad and celebrated every year in Hindu religion, a festive of light “Diwali”.

Let’s talk about this rich and vibrant book, contains absolutely phenomenal artwork. This graphical tale features more than 100 colorful full-spread illustrations, a brief interaction of the cast of characters who are part of this epic story, and at last sketches of the work in progress. All the artwork are very fresh and each page give you different feel and aura according to story.

Sanjay Patel’s take on the this classic tale is refreshing, at the same time engaging. Whole graphic book is adapted and written in a lighter prose, Ramayana Divine Loophole might be very useful for today’s young generation, who want learn about the epic tale of Ramayana.

I really enjoyed this book, it’s great coffee table book with lot’s of creative ingredient into it. Ramayan is very lengthy and huge epic but if you need condensed, light hearted version of story, I strongly suggest go with Ramayana Divine Loophole. Sanjay Patel really deserve a huge applause for his unique artwork and gripping storytelling.
